One thing I’ve noticed is the fact there are plenty of misguided beliefs regarding the finance institutions intentions any time talking about foreclosures. One misconception in particular is the fact that the bank prefers to have your house. The lender wants your dollars, not your house. They want the cash they lent you having interest.
